Gurabo, PR
Engaging 60 stakeholders in the Gurabo, PR Large and Small Molecules Site Master & Capital Plan process, the objectives were to increase capacity, improve infrastructure, and increase flexibility to add new products and increase manufacturing volume. A partnership with CRB or Puerto Rico, contributed critical site knowledge and engineering resources.
Salt River Project (SRP)
Tempe, AZ
For the Arizona based water and power utility company, the development of a phased 60-acre site master plan and 10-year capital plan to replace stay operational while replacing with a new 150,000 SF large metals manufacturing complex, a 30,000 SF utility fleet vehicle service center, a 30,000 SF warehouse, and renovation of a 100,000 SF administrative building.
PERA Conference & Training SMP

PERA is a corporate and community center on a 40-acre site for corporate and community center site development program to expand technical training, large group meeting space, event area upgrades, and site dust containment, roadways, parking, pedestrian walkways, entries and locating a future expansion site.

Redmond, WA
Redmond, home to Microsoft was comprised of 100 – 20 yr old plus buildings, with limited improvements. The Site Master Plan defining properties to optimize and upgrade and those at end of life and provided a10-year facilities capital plan to address aging infrastructure and future growth and launched the Redmond Campus development.

Large scale portfolio repositioning of Bell Laboratories 8 global campuses totaling 20M SF and impacting 25,000 employees in response to evolving technologies and changing laboratory and workplace requirements.

At the more than 10 million square foot Manufacturing Campus in Spartanburg, SC plant employing 11,000 people planning and management responsibilities included the quality systems and Metrology organization planning and implementation, and the manufacturing process flow planning applying Lean methodologies.
Hawaii Medical Services Association

The replanning of a 500,000 SF headquarter and parking garage structure to improve to workflow by creating connections and improving circulation, enhancing collaboration and the customer experiences, and upgrading building systems as included furniture, lighting, electrical, HVAC, network, wireless, elevators, glazing, and entries.
Tesla Assembly
Fremont, CA
Conversion of an existing Fremont, CA manufacturing site for the assembly and shipping of Tesla vehicles, responsibility included layouts of the Vehicle Testing and Track, the receiving area for receipt of the 10,500+ parts that combine to make a Tesla car. After the facility start up was completed responsibility shifted to management responsibility for the Tesla Supply Chain.
